Meet Our Principal Dentist: Dr Elie Alam
Dr Elie Alam (Dentist), BDS (Syd), founded Painfree Dental Parramatta in 1997. As a University of Sydney graduate, Dr Alam's practice has grown to become a significant privately owned dental practice in the Parramatta area, supported by a team of dentists, oral health therapists, and dedicated staff.
Dr Alam's professional experience includes:
- Dental Implants: He has performed over a thousand implant procedures since 1998, including complex procedures such as bone grafts, sinus lifts, and All-on-4/6 techniques. He was among the first in NSW to perform mini-implant procedures (1999). The practice was also the first in Australia to install the MYRay Cone Beam machine (2018).
- Alignment/Orthodontics: He has completed over 4,000 alignment cases, with a professional focus on craniofacial alignment to improve alignment, breathing, and addressing childhood habits through early intervention.

Take the Church Street exit towards Parramatta. Continue on Church Street, then turn left onto Wigram Street (at the traffic lights with the large intersection). Follow Wigram Street, and then turn right onto Marion Street. You'll find our practice at 77 Marion Street, Harris Park, on your right.
From James Ruse Drive (coming from North Rocks/Granville):
Turn onto Victoria Road heading towards Parramatta. Continue on Victoria Road, then turn left onto Pennant Street. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Wigram Street, then turn left onto Marion Street. Our practice at 77 Marion Street, Harris Park will be on your right.

We have dedicated patient parking available at the rear of our building, accessible via the driveway next to the building. There is also ample street parking available on Marion Street and surrounding side streets.
Public Transport
Train:
We're just a 5-7 minute walk from Harris Park Station. Exit the station, walk along Wigram Street towards Parramatta, and then turn right onto Marion Street.
Alternatively, we are a 15-20 minute walk from Parramatta Station. From Parramatta Station, head south on Church Street, turn left onto Wigram Street, then right onto Marion Street.
Bus:
Numerous bus routes stop within a short walk of our practice. The closest bus stops are located on Wigram Street and Marion Street, served by routes that connect to Parramatta CBD and surrounding areas.
